Terms of Payment

A booking is considered confirmed once the invoice has been issued and payment has been received.

The full workshop fee is payable in advance and must be paid before the workshop date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 14 days before the event: The payment will be refunded minus a €50 administrative fee.
• 7–13 days before the event: 50% of the total workshop fee is payable.
• 6 days or less before the event (including cancellations on the day of the event or no-shows): 100% of the workshop fee is payable.

If the event needs to be cancelled by the organizer, any payments already made will be fully refunded.

Requests to reschedule a workshop are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled date.
