The protection of your privacy and your personal data is of particular concern to us. In the following sections, you will be informed about all data processing operations that take place on our website.
Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
Responsible according to Art. 4 Para. 7 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Antonia Hinterleitner (see Imprint for contact details). In case of questions regarding data privacy please reach out to hello@pottonic.at referring to “Data privacy” in the subject. In case you contact me via the contact form I will save email address and eventually your name, to answer your request. I will not sell your data to third parties. I will delete your data as soon as they are no longer needed for our correspondence or are legally required to be kept.
Purpose of data processing and legal basis
I process personal data according to Art. 6 GDPR. Processing shall be lawful only if and to the extent that at least one of the following applies:
(a) Consent: the individual has given clear consent for me to process their personal data for a specific purpose. Consent can be revoked anytime upon request. Data processing that took place before revoking consent is not affected.
(b) Contract: the processing is necessary for a contract I have with the individual, or because they have asked me to take specific steps before entering into a contract.
(c) Legal obligation: the processing is necessary for me to comply with the law (not including contractual obligations).
(f) Legitimate interests: the processing is necessary for my legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party, unless there is a good reason to protect the individual’s personal data which overrides those legitimate interests.
Collection and Processing of Personal Data When Visiting My Website
If you are using the website solely for informational purposes and you are not sending me an email or filling in the contact form I collect the data necessary to ensure usability and security on the website. (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit f GDPR) This includes personal data that is transmitted via your browser activity.
Server Logs
Information about the visitor’s interactions with the website, such as IP addresses, browser type, referring pages, and time of access.
Cookies
We use cookies on our Site and in the Services to distinguish you from other users of our Site and Services. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our Site and also allows us to improve the Site and Services.

Form Submissions
Data submitted through forms on the website, including contact forms, registration forms, and comments.
As part of processing your enquiry about our services, we process the data that you provide to us in the contact form. Your data will be stored for as long as is necessary to process your request.
As part of the registration for our newsletter, we process the data (email address) that you provide to us in the registration form. For sending the newsletter, we work with Brevo, a service of Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. The above-mentioned data will be transmitted to Brevo. Brevo is obligated towards Antonia Hinterleitner to comply with all requirements of the GDPR. The processing is based on Art 6 para 1 lit a GDPR because the registration for the product newsletter only takes place with your consent. Your data will be stored for as long as necessary for the provision of the service. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link at the bottom of each mailing.

The duration for which personal data is stored
The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective legal retention period. After the expiration of the period, the relevant data will be deleted, if no longer necessary for the fulfillment of a contract or for contract initiation.

Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy
Please regularly inform yourself about the content of the privacy policy. The data protection information is updated as legal changes make it necessary. I try to implement them as quickly as possible but implementations might take time. You will be informed as soon as changes require your cooperation (e.g. consent) or other individual notification.
