We constantly spend time moving forward. This is your reminder to stop for a moment and check in with the part of you that might have become quiet lately. Meditation as well as working with our hands through clay invites you to reconnect with yourself and be present.

Take time for yourself to be curious and create.

Do you know the feeling of not having time for creative projects? This “oh, I’ve always wanted to try this”, and the “but I could do something more productive”. We tend to block our own expression by keeping things narrow, sticking to the known. 

There might have been a time in your life when it was all about trying things, opening your eyes and crafting a vision. As a kid your approach might have been less judgemental and more directed by intuition. What if these parts are still within you?
