At our Clay & Sound Event in Vienna Anja and I invite you into a curated experience that awakens two senses. Touch and hearing. In this carefully held space, external stimuli fall away, making room for stillness, creativity, and a deeper connection with your inner landscape.

Mindful Pottery Workshop.
As your hands touch clay, something begins to soften. Thoughts slow down, the noise of the outside world fades, and your attention gently settles back into the body. Through the mindful act of feeling and shaping, you anchor yourself fully in the present moment.
Let yourself be carried by the quiet, steady rhythm of creating.
Rest in Sound.
The delicate tones of the Alchemy Crystal Bowls unfold like soft waves, moving through the body and calming the nervous system. Their vibrations invite you to release tension, sink into quiet, and rediscover a sense of grounding and inner balance.

Für Antonia ist die Arbeit mit Ton eine Einladung, aus dem Alltag auszusteigen und sich bewusst Zeit für sich selbst zu nehmen — innezuhalten, zu spüren und wieder bei sich anzukommen. Gleichzeitig entsteht ein offener Raum, in dem Begegnung möglich und gemeinsames Erleben durch eine warme tragende Atmosphäre möglich wird. Diese Räume zu halten bedeutet ihr viel. Sie gestaltet sie mit Achtsamkeit, Kreativität und einem feinen Gespür für das, was zwischen Menschen entsteht.
Anja versteht das Leben als eine Einladung, sich immer wieder neu zu entdecken und dem eigenen Weg zu folgen. Für sie bedeutet das, auf ihr Herz zu hören und sich von dem leiten zu lassen, was sich stimmig und leicht anfühlt. Die Arbeit mit ihrem Alchemy Crystal Bowls ist aus genau dieser Haltung heraus entstanden.
Mit ihren Sound Baths lädt Anja dazu ein, für eine Weile innezuhalten, den Körper zu entspannen und sich wieder mit sich selbst zu verbinden – ganz im Hier und Jetzt.
